Refunds and Returns
We highly recommend viewings and test rides in person before any purchase. This way not only do you get to test ride the bike to make sure the fit is suitable, you can see the bike in person as well as asking any questions you may have.
We have complete confidence with our trusted courier but in the extreme rare case the bike has been damaged in transit we will do everything we can to statisfy you as the customer wether that’s covering the repair costs or accepting a return for a full refund.
WE DO NOT accept responsibility for sizing errors so we highly recommend you do your research or get in contact with us if you have any sizing queries and we can answer any questions you may have.
We also do not accept any returns of any kind if the bike has been crashed or damaged by you the customer.

Big brands have phased out rim brakes and pushed expensive disc models. We still stock high-spec rim brake bikes because customers ask for them—and we listen.
