Not only was the bike an extremely good price, but he also had it fully serviced and replaced the headset bearing after I purchased the bike.

Bianchi dream bike.

Spotted the Bianchi specialissma on ebay and went strait to the web site, after a few messages and a discussion about the wheel set the deal was done. Amazing bike at an a even better price, Adam answered all questions promptly and with minimum fuss. I highly recommend giving this business a go.

From my first enquiry to the delivery of the chosen bike, The Second Cycle could do no more. So helpful, prompt and very friendly approach, I felt really well looked after from start to finish (and I had lots of questions!).
When I unpacked the bike it was even better than expected – beautifully prepped, great condition and ready to go.

Fantastic service – Highly recommend

I bought a Giant TCR Advanced Pro 1 from Adam at The Second Cycle LTD. He was brilliant. Whilst I knew what it was I was looking for, he was able to answer all of my questions on the bike and was very reassuring. When you are spending some good money on a second hand bike, you need to be confident of the condition and quality of the bike and Adam reassured me by answering all of my questions (probably about a million of them). I’m based in Bristol, and by chance Adam was traveling to Bristol on the upcoming weekend and suggested he could deliver the bike to me in Bristol himself to save me money on the cost of delivery. Appreciate this isnt normal procedure and just a coincidence, but this could easily have just been sent via courier as per usual at a cost of £70, so to deliver it himself is going above and beyond for the customer! Meant I got my bike sooner at no additional cost! The bike is spot on and just what I was looking for and even once I had received the bike I had a few more questions about the DI2 log in for the app which he was happy to take the time to answer. The bike is exactly as described in great condition and full working order. I would definitely recommend using The Second Cycle LTD. Thank you very much! James
